The Salespeople lack transparency and the Sales Manager avoids responsibility so it’s a snowball effect from there. To quote the salesman we dealt with after avoiding purchase and requesting our deposit back, ‘We’ve run into this situation before and I can assure nothing will come from it’ he stated after telling us it wasn’t actually ‘them’ that returned your deposit contradicting what we were told in the sale meeting.
bought a 40,000$ camper for my family. they delivered me brand new, floor model full of leaks. they will not replace or help in any way shape or form. buyer beware! terrible customer support.
sold us something that we wanted , told us about a month . it's June 18 . we bought it in MARCH!!! have to get mad to get a call back and write stern emails . Even drove to the site , guy who sold it knew we were there and never looked up. We have placed a call this morning at 9 am and still waiting for a call back . It's now 5 pm . customer service was great until it wasn't . avoid at all costs. I find it hard to believe that that have no news on thier product . especially when it's that expensive .
We have never had such a terrible experience purchasing something in our entire lives. The whole process made us feel like we were getting scammed big time. For starters, they gave us no paperwork until we demanded and fought with them to obtain it but even then, we only got those 2 weeks after our purchase; after we had already started paying for our RV. They took advantage I mean real ADVANTAGE of an elderly family member it broke my heart when I went up there to talk to them the sales boy ran into an office and shut the door! Warn your vulnerable family members I know I’m gonna spread the word!

Saw this post and well all I can say is I hope they have a good lawyer. If you are looking to purchase a new trailer please avoid #CampMartRV (Kanata, On). On June 14th we went there to look into buying a new trailer. Their website had a popup trailer that looked perfect and had an amazing price. Not worth it, they don't reply to any calls to an important matter. don't buy anything here lowest quality I have ever seen. My A/C doesn't work explain that oh wait you don't ever pick up so much other things wrong.
