We were sold an extended warranty and the only reason why we bought it was because they said it was on sight service.We do not have a truck to haul our trailer . Now they tell us they no longer do on sight. Also the problem we are having has been going on for three years they even hauled to Kanata had it a whole winter because the bunk push wouldn't pull in plus the fridge.When it came back push out doesn't go out flush like it did damage to the dresser and fridge still doesn't work properly.

MY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN 43 YEARS. My family of five went to buy a NEW Camping trailer form Camp Mart Ottawa Sat. 13th. Made a deposit of $2500 on C.C.. Staff was hounding me for the rest of the payment on Tuesday! I said (like at the time of purchase) that I'd like to confirm the trailer before making full payment. My salesman (Blake on that same Tuesday) sent me a text assuring me I'm not getting the Demo model I saw Saturday but it will be the exact same. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!DO NOT BUY YOUR TRAILER FROM CAMPMART, PLEASE PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING FROM CAMPMART😡😡😡😡😡 We had our Supposedly Brand new Trailer delivered to us last year on this day! It has been a nightmare from day one! It showed up with no TV’s installed had to drive to Sudbury to pick them up, my husband had to install them😡 Fridge door never worked properly ( we are pretty sure we got the floor display trailer, so the fridge door was over used and damaged) Went to use the air conditioner did not work, ... read more

So far not good purchased a brand new trailer apparently ive never seen with my own eyes coming from 500 km away havent been able to speak to any management and sales Ali Hussein is a total let down very disappointed and wont be taking possession after all shame

After having our problems with the service in CampMart RV Kanata, we were able to resolve our issues and CampMart held their end. I’m happy that things got resolved. The service tech that we had, Mike, was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his help. Thank you! -note: this is a rewrite after being happy with how things were resolved.

Went to buy a new anode rod And cover for the brake light. They charged me twice for the anode rod when this was point out they informed me that they do not give refunds only credit. Although they acknowledge it was their fault they continued to sate their no refund policy. I. Ke have a credit at a lace of business I do not want to deal with

Do not recommend CampMart RV in Kanata. Do not purchase from them. Lack of communication from sales/manager, told lies just to make the sale, delivery inspection never completed and given the run around for months to finalize warranty. Will never step foot in this building again. Promises after promises please be warned.

Excellent customer service from staff, but after purchase it all meant nothing.this was the worst purchase ever these trailers are absolutely garbage problems started immediately with everything literally falling apart DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . Absolute buyers regret!

Bought a Grand River trailer.. thing has been a hunk junk from day one could send tons of pictures on the crappy craftsmanship of these trailers... the customer service from the upper James location is a complete joke ... thieves.. here is a picture of how they think a shower pan should be installed...
