Once they sell you a trailer they don't want to talk to you..avoid them and they ripoff artist.. Ever notice you don't know the Price of the trailer they match the price you want to pay per month.. the Grand River Trailers are very very cheaply made, my 2007 Jayco is a better trailer than a ***** Grand River..Mike..sale guy lies..Sam the manager knows fck all and the Finance..Jason is just a puppet for Sam.. they sold me a trailer overpriced. I’m really disappointed with this experience, My wife and i wanted to purchase a camper with the sales rep Colleen she was more then helpful at first. We decided on the camper we wanted to purchase, that’s when everything turned into something shady. At first we didn’t realize on the contract they added in 9000$ mandatory warranty. Stay away from this dealership
Stay away from CampMart Ottawa at ALL COSTS. Although our experience with sales associate Colleen White was fantastic, our experience with the finalizing associate/General Manager Hamed Hamed, is another story. During the purchase of our RV, my husband and I explicitly stated our disinterest in purchasing an extended warranty. We want everyone to read this review and heed our warnings. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM This store ever!! From the in person moment we have not had a good time dealing with Camp Mart of Ottawa. My husband wanted to surprise me with a camper, since he knew we wouldn't be able to travel very far since I opened a business. WORST AFTER MARKET SERVICE EVER!!! We bought a 30ft Couples coach and after some initial issues with one of the recliners, which was eventually solved, we really like it. However their after market service is horrible. We bought the trailer just before Covid and although we had it, it was 2 years before we could actually use it to go camping as all campgrounds were closed. We have been camping with it for the last couple of years and really enjoy it but this last trip we decided we would try the oven for the first time. ... read more

Deceitful. Don’t trust Jason or his son Luke. Wouldn’t buy a cardboard box from these people.
