Campmart Kanata is an outstanding place to buy or service your trailer! We bought ours from them about 2 years ago! Yes we’ve had problems but the service staff have gone out of their way to ensure we were always satisfied! Personally I have no negative comments to make.they have always been vey positive, understanding and professional in all our dealings with them! I would recommend this dealer and have done so many times! The purchase experience was seemless and we got the deal we were looking for!
Just got our trailer 2weeks ago from Sudbury. It’s awesome, the Sales department and Service manager were great. Everything was explained to us about the camper and if you call for service and talk to the right person they are helpful. I would recommend them. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a fantastic experience at camp mart of sales guy Gregory Dundas he was awesome. Greg was friendly and very professional made us feel like family. Went in to buy a trailer advertised at $19,000 ish a couple of weeks ago. The lady showing us the trailer was very nice. But after then it all went down hill. When they gave us the price a $19,000 trailer was now almost $37,000! They were adamant about selling their $7000 warranty which I did not want. I even offered to buy cash instead of financing. Once they sell you a trailer they don't want to talk to you..avoid them and they ripoff artist.. Ever notice you don't know the Price of the trailer they match the price you want to pay per month.. the Grand River Trailers are very very cheaply made, my 2007 Jayco is a better trailer than a ***** Grand River..Mike..sale guy lies..Sam the manager knows fck all and the Finance..Jason is just a puppet for Sam.. they sold me a trailer overpriced. I’m really disappointed with this experience, My wife and i wanted to purchase a camper with the sales rep Colleen she was more then helpful at first. We decided on the camper we wanted to purchase, that’s when everything turned into something shady. At first we didn’t realize on the contract they added in 9000$ mandatory warranty.
