RecommendedCampmart Kanata is an outstanding place to buy or service your trailer! We bought ours from them about 2 years ago! Yes we’ve had problems but the service staff have gone out of their way to ensure we were always satisfied! Personally I have no negative comments to make.they have always been vey positive, understanding and professional in all our dealings with them! I would recommend this dealer and have done so many times! The purchase experience was seemless and we got the deal we were looking for!

We bought our RV almost 2 years ago and have been trying to get the trailer in for warranty work. Nobody picks up the phone, calls us back or replies to our emails. Terrible after purchase service. Only time I hear from anyone is when they call to harass me about upgrading. When I mention STILL waiting on warranty issues they either hang up or try to connect me to a dead end line. Never buying another camper from here again
brand new trailer is still not fixed right after months of waiting. Now they say they can't get parts and nothing they can do for me..so now I have a grey wall with a big white seam tape sticking out like a sore thumb 👎. Gio and Jeff are nice and trying but upper management sucks. ppl like Sam from Hamilton are absolutely useless and hasn't done a thing to help. Won't return phone calls or emails. I have had nothing but grief with this
Went in to buy a trailer advertised at $19,000 ish a couple of weeks ago. The lady showing us the trailer was very nice. But after then it all went down hill. When they gave us the price a $19,000 trailer was now almost $37,000! They were adamant about selling their $7000 warranty which I did not want. I even offered to buy cash instead of financing.
