I was sold a lemon car. Problem after problem. Scared to ever buy a KIA again.
We brought our 2011 kia sorento in because the alternater had failed for some reason. We were given the run around all day and we were never given a straight answer as to when our car would be ready for pick up. We only have the one vehicle so as you can imagine we had to take the day off work and this was very inconvenient. The dealership finnaly called us around noon to tell us that they had found the problem and that they were going to install the alternator and try to charge the battery. Worst place ever do not ever buy new or used from Cambridge Kia, I bought a $17000 truck and a month later cost me $6000 in transmission and transfer case because of the work their own mechanics did to our truck. A 2 day job turned into 1 month they also scratched the front bumper all over, and to top it up they never offered a rental car or even a ride to or from their place. My wife and I are only 30 and have 3 small kids this is just the worst place ever
not impressed we were referred by my parents to go to kia , so when we went my dad saw the same guy the sold him his car. and the sale rep said hey if they buy a car we will mail you a referral check of 100 !! how cool right ... welll no .. so we ended up buying a car over EIGHT WEEKS ago and my parents still HAVE NOT received their check of 100 so after my dad calling 3 time i took it in to my own hands and called and talked to some one twice the first time i called i he said he would but it in the mall if it hasn't al... read more
