Brandon Fraser worked with me to get me a vehicle. At first it was great. Got a new vehicle I can afford. When it came time to pick up and confirmed with him 24 hours before scheduled pick up and just before I got there he called and said he didn’t have it ready. He is very scattered brain. Absolutely brutal. Service and Customer Service terrible!
So unimpressed. We bought a Kia Sorento last year & just as it was coming up on warranty we started having issues with our engine running rough & it was eating oil. We took it in to have it looked at & it’s been all downhill from there!!!! First they told us there wasn’t a problem, next there was a minor problem which was that we didn’t have our oil changes done there & weren’t using their filter. my brother purchased a car from this dealership less than two months ago and has had nothing but issues with it he takes it in to see what's wrong and they charge of about $540 for some Mickey Mouse work that they did and are recommending he also change the spark plugs and a bunch of other repairs my brother hasn't even on the vehicle for 2 months. I called in and spoke to the general manager about the situation and he offered to give us $120 credit I laughed at his proposal and told him we will just let on big deal with it.
I had thought that the dealership was great in the beginning. Since I bought my car they have not called me back for a simple oil change. Because they never got back to me, I had to take it to a different dealership for an oil change and was not able to use the discount because it can only be used at that dealership. I bought a used car there for my daughter, she has had it one week and lots of problems with it in one week , it was supposed to be checked out and all ready , but the A/C is not working from the minute she picked it up , and the wheel bearing is loud and the struts needed to be replaced, all this in a week , not very impressed so far
Do not go there! Did you know that if the dealership changes hands, they don't need to honour your warrentee! If I had known, I would have waited the two weeks for the new owner. Had engine lights come on 14 days after purchase and they won't finish.. fixing it. Kia Canada involved now and OMVIC.ca and maybe a lawyer!.
