Tied selling! Do not buy from Cambridge Kia! Wasted my time, they will waste your time as well.
They lie people to get to their dealership. Promised max 6 weeks eta and when we went to sign, told to wait 4+ months. There’s a twist though: if you buy 22k worth car with all the warranties (new cost 40k) you will get it in 6 weeks. When asked for GM business card, was told he’s (GM) new and they don’t have a card or his details and obviously he was not available. These people are spoiling the reputation, whatever this brand has built over the years. Highly unprofessional and unethical staff.

Poor customer service skills. awful pricing. service is always booked 2+ weeks out. kitchener kia is a far better choice.
avoid the service department at ALL costs wife was there Saturday for a service 2. $90ish 1.5hrs and after i looked under the hood i see they didn't even top off the fluids when it's on the requisition. no car wash, no replies to initial messages left of the phone to make the appointment. Stay away !

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CAMBRIDGE KIA!!! They are extremely dishonest. I had a substantial down payment and they wouldn’t sell me a car because I didn’t want the extended warranties. This is total BS and a company should not treat potential customers this way. This is Canada and last time I checked I can decide if I want something and I decide my budget. This is blackmail. Thank goodness other Kia dealerships don’t do business this way. These guys are total ripoff’s.

Nothing better then paying $40,000 for a truck and have squealing brakes and cracks in our tires and they won’t fix because apparently it’s fine and passes safety!
