I purchased a 2024 Kia forte from Cambridge Kia on March 29th 2025. Initially, the sales process seemed straightforward. However, I was advised to purchase an extended warranty gap, and theft protection package, which I later found unnecessary, this is prior to my pickup of the vehicle. I didn’t pick up the vehicle as of yet. A Change can easily be made. Worst dealership ever, if you dont get approved for financing on a used vehicle they will run another hard check on your credit for a new vehicle and delay giving back your deposit. Then they will keep sending you emails and texts to come see the vehicle you already saw.
