Barrie Kia, after making promises to fix the sound system in my Optima SXL, they have left me high and dry. Not only did a new part not show up when promised, I have had to fight just to make contact with a knowledgeable service rep. After several phone calls, I'm still waiting. The Manager, Chad, promised to look after me. Not happening. This sound problem has persisted for years but is now worse than ever. Imagine, paying for a whole car and only having part of a car. Shame on Kia.

I just bought a 2019 Sorento. Bad experience all around. Amateurish and dishonest. I was very excited to buy my first brand new family car, but: 1. Late delivery of vehicle and repeated deceitful information regarding the issue. 2. Failure to refund cost for rental associated with late delivery (as promised). 3. Late delivery of deposit refund, and to wrong address. Getting basic service and information has been like pulling teeth. They are about excuses, not solutions. I bought a van brand new in July 2017 sales man was great.In December 2018 the air bag lights came on so the Replaced the air bags this took about 6 weeks for them to do then it happens again took another 4 weeks on the same problem, here we are in May the van is back in for the same thing I’ve asked for the owner to call me, I’ve emailed him with no response what so ever, you think when you put 40k into a company at least when there is a problem the owner doesn’t hide from it. I've had my Kia Rio for 4 years now, and have loved it. it's been a great vehicle for my family. today my wife came into the dealership to pick up a rear windshield wiper blade, because this specific wiper you can't purchase from Canadian Tire. I've bought wiper blades at Canadian Tire for $20 and they come out and Install it on your vehicle. well my wife gets home and tells me the wiper blade cost $38 I almost dropped dead on the floor, cause it's a 6 inch wiper blade not made of Gold. and then she proceeded to tell me that... read more
