Went in on Friday as their website made it seem like they actually have new cars on the lot. They do not but I understand there is a car shortage. My bf and I got our 2 cars appraised for trade in and was given a total trade in value written down on paper. Went there 2 buy a new 2022 minivan waited for a appraisal on the truck I wanted to trade in after a hour and a half I decide to leave with the salesman having all the info and a promise to call me that was Friday morning it’s at end of day Saturday and still no call sorry no sale 4 you #barriekia

Very very bad customer service . Told us the truck was garunteed to come in 3 weeks ago so we made arrangements to get rid of the car we where driving and never showed up. Had to rent a car for 2 weeks. As well felt rushed signing the deal. After them having it for 2 weeks we seen the floor mats we ordered weren’t in the truck, and we got questioned if we’re sure we bought them. Barrie Kia got my service business based on a quote of $450 for a timing belt installed, a tune up, and a replacement windshield $350 installed. In by 8 am, out by early afternoon. Instead I got a bill for 1259.65, no windshield, and was held up until 4:45 pm. Totally dishonest. 0 stars. Stay Away.
I signed a contract in September for a new car, handed in my ownership paperwork for my car that I was supposed to trade in , and have not heard a single thing from anyone in the company regarding the new car or papers... Kia Barrie 😡🤬 Just spoke to the customer Sevice girl again today at 317pm. Left a message at 11am today. Left a message Thai past Monday just before noon. Left a message last Wed around 10am.
