My daughter went in to have a part replaced, they installed something totally different and refused to acknowledge their mistake and not make it right. Total gaslighting, rude customer service. Would not recommend.

You’re going to need a shower after all the ick from the sales team. I didn’t look at my final paperwork and nothing was what I agreed upon. Lowered the price on my trade in, extended my financing by 6 months and also increased my interest rate. Nothing was honest or transparent…buy else where!

I have bought three Kias from this dealership over the years. Initially there service was great but I would NOT suggest buying from them with the current state of their service dept. I’ve had issues with the after market trailer hitch they installed, they’ve not completed a brake service jobs that I paid for (eventually refunded part of the service and completed it), it’s impossible to get an appointment for weeks and you will wait on hold forever or need to wait for a call back to even get in touch with the service dept. Wow. Very unimpressed. Quoting a brand new fully loaded sportage hybrid sx which i led to beleive was on the lot for sale as they had it in stock online. Went in and spoke to mike yesterday was given teade values for the 2 vehicles i was bringing in. Trades came back and was happy but still deciding which model so we asked for a night to think about it and booked an appointment less than 24 hours later.
