I have bought three Kias from this dealership over the years. Initially there service was great but I would NOT suggest buying from them with the current state of their service dept. I’ve had issues with the after market trailer hitch they installed, they’ve not completed a brake service jobs that I paid for (eventually refunded part of the service and completed it), it’s impossible to get an appointment for weeks and you will wait on hold forever or need to wait for a call back to even get in touch with the service dept. Wow. Very unimpressed. Quoting a brand new fully loaded sportage hybrid sx which i led to beleive was on the lot for sale as they had it in stock online. Went in and spoke to mike yesterday was given teade values for the 2 vehicles i was bringing in. Trades came back and was happy but still deciding which model so we asked for a night to think about it and booked an appointment less than 24 hours later. Went in on Friday as their website made it seem like they actually have new cars on the lot. They do not but I understand there is a car shortage. My bf and I got our 2 cars appraised for trade in and was given a total trade in value written down on paper. We were happy with the trade in value but still wanted to discuss if we were going with the 2023 Hybrid SX sportage or the 2023 X-Line limited sportage.
