You People at Pembroke Honda should be ashamed of yourselves, I sent My Granddaughter in to Purchase a Vehicle & you try to rip her off. A Young Girl in need of a Vehicle & this is how you treat her? Telling her she had to get the Extended Warranty $3,700 plus tax extra or she wouldn't get approved for the loan. You will never get any other business from me. Shame on you!
Terrible service every single appointment. Bought my brand new car 4 years ago, every visit has been painful. Will never buy from them again nor do I recommend them.
