The Staff at Pembroke Honda we’re incredibly friendly and very accommodating. I travelled 6 and a half hours to trade in my older accord for a new one and couldn’t be any happier with the customer service I received. I have bought quite a few vehicles and Leah Driver has been by far the best I've dealt with. She was simply amazing, very caring, did not push us to make a decision and always pleasant. While driving from Maine to Michigan via Pembroke our Honda CRV experienced an issue. We made a reservation the night before online and we're so pleased that the service technicians got us right in the next morning to diagnose the problem. We really appreciate everything Pembroke Honda did to get us back on the road quickly. It's always very stressful to have your car not acting correctly while on vacation and Pembroke Honda did everything they could to fix the problem in a speedy manner. Thank you again.
