Twice I agreed on a price, twice they added “mystery charges” and held my vehicle hostage until I paid. Normally I’m not one for reviews, but I had such a terrible experience when my partner and I were looking at buying a specific car the other day. In my opinion they were extremely deceitful and very rudely pushy. We asked numerous times for a total, as well as if certain things costed extra and they would only tell us biweekly amounts. Just paid $3700+ for a clutch for a civic with no warning ahead of time about the price, they blamed tariffs but just be prepared to pay ridiculous prices for any repair job.
