Pembroke Honda Service: Thieves in Uniform Stay far away from Pembroke Honda’s service department. They are nothing but a money‑grabbing scam operation. Twice I agreed on a price, twice they added “mystery charges” and held my vehicle hostage until I paid. The techs ignore customer input, invent bogus diagnostics to pad the bill, and even “lose” warranty parts so you can’t claim reimbursement. Normally I’m not one for reviews, but I had such a terrible experience when my partner and I were looking at buying a specific car the other day. In my opinion they were extremely deceitful and very rudely pushy. We asked numerous times for a total, as well as if certain things costed extra and they would only tell us biweekly amounts. The asking price of the car was $19,990 and the prices they were giving us was well over $33,000 total, even after a very large deposit.
