Would never get a Kia ever again. Any time I’ve needed to bring my car in for a service it is impossible to get a hold of someone your only option is to leave a message. Then when you leave a message very rarely does anyone ever get back to you. I took my car in for a service to have no one call me back to say it was done then trying to get a hold of someone to see if it was done was impossible I had to drive to the dealership to see my car sitting In Their parking lot done and this was 6 hours later. The service staff was very friendly. My poor rating was due to the fact it took over 3 months to get the camera part to replace my failed back up camera..THREE MONTHS!!! totally unacceptable.
