RecommendedThey have definitely ramped up their service. The free breakfast they provide on the Saturday I was there, sending me a text to confirm my appointment change after I left a voice message (it's very hard to get them on the phone when calling to book an appointment for service), and overall attitude is certainly a noticeable improvement.
We walked in and got an awesome welcome from Joshua Seller, he had great personable sale skills thou he is not in sales. He kept to his commitment and had his sales team call us back. We had great customer service with Gerald as well. Over all an awesome experience from start to end.
What a great experience buying my car at KIA Mississauga . ( Dundas and Glen Erin ) . Sales team were amazing and Brian Penner was patient and so helpful through the whole process . He knows his stuff !!
