If I could give a zero I would. Made to wait 3 hours after putting a deposit down all for them to try to upsell me on rust proofing. Pick up date changed multiple times. When I would arrive I would be told I need XYZ for the appointment, why not tell your client what they need to bring when the appointment is booked?
