No absolutely not. My daughter bought a vehicle from them & it was bs after bs, made her all kinds of promises but didn't follow up. They still owe her the 500 deposit she put on the new vehicle & it's been 3 months & she still hasn't received it. It isn't right to cause someone so much stress & make her first new vehicle such an awful experience. I definitely do not recommend them.
I had a very bad experience with Sudbury Mitsubishi. I was promised all kinds of things that never happened. I've been chasing my money that they owe me for over 3 months. The vice president of mitsubishi totally disregarded me, saying I'm only one customer that fell through the cracks. Then to top it off tells me that he will be advising Sudbury Mitsubishi to not deal with me anymore and that I was not to contact them. No compensation for their mistakes. STAY AWAY!!!!!
My fiancée and I had a horrible experience. Everything was a lie. 3 months later and we are still dealing with it, chasing money.
