Buying a car with Mitsubishi during a pandemic was the easiest process. Phil came to our home with the vehicle to test drive. He was dressed with personal protective equipment. We loved the RVR and all was done via docusign online. Will definitely buy again from this dealer.

The Sudbury dealer service department tells you to get your car serviced after 6 months or 5000 km when you buy a new car. Anyway, when you first buy a car and bring it to the dealer, they replace the new battery installed in the car with a used battery that was almost at the point of being scrapped without saying a word to the customer. The customer has no way of knowing. The replaced old battery won't start in less than a year, so you bring it to the service center and have to pay for the replacement of the new battery. Save your time… go to North Bay! Sudbury Mitsubishi isn’t a family-owned, locally-owned business despite what the wall in the show room says. Went in and looked at the Eclipse, priced it out with the sales guy. I was told the biweekly payment would be $275, and I was trading in a car so he said that he thinks the trade would bring the payment down. Made a $500 deposit to secure the car.
