"DISAPOINTED".. I purchased my second used hyundai from S. H. and at first I was happy, then the check engine light came on. I returned twice and they Couldnt figure out why the light was going on and scheduled me for another appt. Almost two weeks later, with light still on. In meantime I googled problem and solved myself. Check engine light- evap issue. Currently dealing with the issue of picking up our new car, after picking the car up we noticed several problems with it, the dealership is currently working at attempting to fix the problem but so far we haven't received any updates on the car. I will update this review as the process goes on.

They could improve simply by returning calls and trying to find a fix to the warranty issue. Ive dealt with 3 different people now and once i give them the info i never hear back from them.

I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to have snow tires put on our car. We were told at the time of purchase that there were snow tires included in the purchase price. This morning we were told that these tires did not exist. Had they told me when I made the appointment that there was no record of said tires I would have already had new tires on my car (purchased elsewhere) This is not the first time I've had issues with this dealership. The neverending stream of poor customer service continues - Wait almost a month for am appointment, drop car off at 8am as requested, work not even started at 4pm - so over their lack of organization - no more $$ from this gal.

Very pleased with my viechle no major issues but service is very poor i had a tear in my sest at the seam of drivers seat service took it to the top head office 1 week later at 78,000 km they would not cover the cost to repair i was told it was a high mileage viechle at 78,000 km your kidding me right well next viechle will be a domestic they stand behind their product

15 days ago I went in to Hyundai Stratford with a concern over my engine light staying on in my 09 Santa Fe, and was told I had to have it repaired prior to getting an e-test, which has to be done for me to get the plates renewed. They were wonderful. They took my car right in, and told me that the censors for the fuel gauge were the problem.
