"DISAPOINTED".. I purchased my second used hyundai from S. H. and at first I was happy, then the check engine light came on. I returned twice and they Couldnt figure out why the light was going on and scheduled me for another appt. Almost two weeks later, with light still on. Currently dealing with the issue of picking up our new car, after picking the car up we noticed several problems with it, the dealership is currently working at attempting to fix the problem but so far we haven't received any updates on the car. I will update this review as the process goes on.
They could improve simply by returning calls and trying to find a fix to the warranty issue. Ive dealt with 3 different people now and once i give them the info i never hear back from them.
I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago to have snow tires put on our car. We were told at the time of purchase that there were snow tires included in the purchase price. This morning we were told that these tires did not exist. Had they told me when I made the appointment that there was no record of said tires I would have already had new tires on my car (purchased elsewhere) This is not the first time I've had issues with this dealership. The neverending stream of poor customer service continues - Wait almost a month for am appointment, drop car off at 8am as requested, work not even started at 4pm - so over their lack of organization - no more $$ from this gal.
