Loved the entire experience. No pushy sales people. Actually helped me find what I wanted. They also had the best prices in the tri county area. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
To sell they're perfect but when you take your car for any issue , they have a nasty attitude.
Nothing but poor service and issues since I drove the new car off the lot! Have purchases at least 20+ cars in my life and have never experienced such horrible customer service and follow up. Never again! Save yourself the headaches a purchase somewhere else!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. When buying the car I was told I could get blue during paperwork I brought that up and he told me it would be alright but when I came to pick up the car the next day it was silver and there was nothing they could do to fix it. All their advertisements are false based on personal experiences. I worked there. They advertise 400 credit score and your approved, that's a lie. They say if your making $400 A week your approved, that's a lie, they say 100 percent credit approval, that's a lie. FORT MYERS MITSUBISHI, you are the father of lies and false advertisement.
If I could put minus stars I would. Sadly very typical car lot experience. Hear the radio add. Call the number. The phone salesmen is very specific about what they can do---set the appointment---no way. Can't happen. Mistaken. Not possible. Refuse to let me talk to the phone salesmen (and she was there)
