Worst dealer ever after quoting me on a car they swapped it for another and didn't tell me they were charging me to a higher payment. Called again saying yet another car with another raised payment while being told payment won't change Wait a week for delivery after signing the papers to find out they sold that one two. They offer me another vehicle at yet another higher rate. Don't believe the hype. I was approved oh but they wanted a co signer or 6000 down. if I had those options why would I be doing business with them. I was definitely misslead to believe I was going to be accepted on my own for a car by emil Grande at the dealership
was told i was approved and then needed more documentation took 5 days and to hear nothing more.even tried calling back and texting and got nowhere.do not recommend.
Horrible experience. Test drove the car and noticed the check engine light on. They told me it’d be taken care of before I get it. When I Picked it up and the light was still on. They say when they did all the work it was never on. FALSE. Someone is lying. No one is taking accountability. Yes they are fixing it, but are making me wait an absurd amount of time. I have a daughter who was approved 2 to 3 weeks ago she never seen the actual car she is getting she has been getting nothing but the run around!!! go in to sign papers it isnt for the car she was told at first. then she can't see the actual car only a different that is the same make. no test drive. when she signs the papers there's a surprise!!! that the guy apparantly knew nothing about. she has to come up with 1000 down was not supposed to need a deposit. so she saves the money and wants to get her car she signed all pape... read more
