Once all the paperwork is signed and the deal is done all of a sudden calls take much longer to be returned . From 30 minutes to hours or the next day. Will not buy anything here again.
Did whatever they could to bybass the safety. Took them all day to pick the car up to fix. Still haven’t seen it in 3 months with no communication. Literally had duck tape to hold things up and when talked to the sales rep he was useless. Have lots of videos and pictures of the conversation with them. Took this all to Sean O’Shea. It February and they have failed to even tell us if the car is fixed or not. This happened November. Picked it up November 4 and broke down November 10th

Wish I read all these reviews before I bought the car from 401 Innisfil …..The worse experience ever…..They will get you approved and the give you to choose from 4 or 5 cars maximum….I guess the worst one they want to get rid of…..I never saw the car physically until delivery….the heat is not work and the back wheel making all kinds of noise …..I want to know if I can return the car ….bad experience.
Horrible experience. Misleading their clients, wasting and stretching time. Staff makes gazillion fake promises that they can't keep up with. I would recommend to stay away from this place
better staff, help you customers dont sell cars that done work give loaner to customers that by new cars when they dont work you cars dont get saftied properly
