jervanna was amazing! before I signed papers she let me do a thorough inspection and take it for a test drive and showed me all the car fax. she also, allowed me to drive it down the hill to see how it worked better. instead of pressuring me, she let me take my time. she even showed my credit report where other companies I never filled an application with were on it. she went over everything thoroughly and took the time to do it. there were new tires, rims and no warning lights on the dash. worst experience I've ever had in my life buying a vehicle from any kind of dealership! first, I got sold a vehicle I didn't even ask for (Yes partially my fault for missing it on the papers) but I asked for 4x4 and I was told that's what I was getting, realized after I left the lot, that's not what I got but, ok. next, my vehicle shouldn't have even passed the safety to begin with and when I brought it back and made them re-do it there were an endless amount of repairs that had to be done. after all that, long story short,... read more
