I ve dealt with 401 auto before and let me tell you, it doesn't matter how bad your credit is and as long as you have a good income, they will go above and beyond to get the vehicle you want. The sales person Selena and the management not only treat you like a customer, they treat you like your royalty, they offer coffee, drinks and if your hungry, they will go out of there way to get the shuttle bus and take you where ever you want to eat. Fantastic experience! The finance manager there called, TABEIN was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me get the best deal. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
Worst experience ever. I asked this salesperson his name is TABEIN to give me a clear, average finance price for a car. He told me “everything is good, come now.” I wasted 3 full hours (from 1:30 to 4:30) sitting in his office while he kept saying he was “checking with another bank.” At the end of all that waiting, he finally gave me a number that was DOUBLE the average price I originally asked about and i get from other dealership.
