Absolutely ridiculous! Totally inept service. I was told by a guy who works in parts/service to get our 2012 Subaru Forester towed to the dealership because the brake lines bled out while I was driving. The brake lines for the 2012 Subaru Forester had a recall for erosion and had been replaced in 2015. This particular make and model of Subaru Forester has a very unique and complicated brake line system so the shop we had it towed to first said call Subaru dealership, they are going to have to fix this not a regular shop and ... read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Subaru North Bay. I called ahead and confirmed a test drive for a Crosstrek, but when I arrived, things took a turn. They refused to let me test drive the vehicle unless I agreed to a credit check—before I even had the chance to see or feel how the car drives.
