I had my Rogue in for service at Pembroke Nissan for the first time today and was extremely impressed. I received a text with video from Connor explaining the diagnostics during the appointment which was very informative and much appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I won’t hesitate to bring my car back!
We have owned four different models over the better part of a decade, three of which we have purchased at Pembroke Nissan. The sales team works hard for the customer and is very friendly and polite. The service team is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and follows up with their customers. Of the four vehicles we have owned, only one needed a small warranty repair, and it was fixed ASAP.
