We have owned four different models over the better part of a decade, three of which we have purchased at Pembroke Nissan. The sales team works hard for the customer and is very friendly and polite. The service team is excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and follows up with their customers. Of the four vehicles we have owned, only one needed a small warranty repair, and it was fixed ASAP. My car was serviced recently, and the customer service at this location was fantastic! Friendly staff and the mechanics were communicative & responsive, and even provided video updates of their progress, very cool.
