Travelling through the area with our trailer, we had our alternator die on our Silverado. Tyler, from Mission towing, rescued us on the trans Canada hwy.. Not only did Tyler expediently haul the truck up on the bed, he quickly got the trailer safely rigged up for the tow Tyler dropped the vehicles at the dealership and arranged a motel where he dropped us off for some much needed rest. Huge thank you to our Guardian Angel Dawn and the Team at Mission for the assistance on our trip to Thunder Bay. We had a check engine light come on, we called Mission and Dawn was kind enough to get us in, have a tech check it out and get us back on the road. Thank you again Mission Motors for the great service.

Took my vehicle in for a general safety. I had a good idea what was going to be flagged. What I did not expect was my working door to come back broken with a $300 custom fix bill attached to it. When we asked to talk to the mechanic we were told he was too busy to talk to us. I asked my brother in law to take a look and he had it fixed again within 10mins. I would recommend other options within town before going to Mission Motors.

We are heading home from our vacation and had spent the night in Wawa. We had felt a shimmy in truck and stopped in here, they were very kind to us, one of the mechanics came out, torqued our wheels and gave us some good advice. Well done on service and kindness.

Shout out to Tyler Fahrer. On a Saturday late afternoon he was willing to come bring us gas where we ran out at Agawa Bay, over 100 km away. We got saved by a traveller but we thank him for his kindness and professionalism. Cheers Tyler. Thanks.
