We’ve been so lucky to get our first trailler from campmart peterborough. Sayed was been looking after us from the day we we decided to purchase one, we have a great experience and enjoying this cute compact little trailler we have.
I will never recommend this place to anyone! As soon as they got the signature (that they were extremely persistent about), everything went downhill. Miscommunication, or no communication at all, occurred when I had an issue. My trailer was finally delivered, and that is when I realized that the shower door roller was broken, and the floor in the bunk room had an extremely loud creak. I recently purchased a trailer and a gentlemen name Rick helped me, I purchased the trailer for myself and two kids. Rick took the time to explain and show me how I can handle the trailer on my own, he also went out of his way to communicate with me during the evening while setting up finances. We put alot of research on where we should go to upgrade on an RV. It led us to CampMart. We ended up, purchasing an RV, but we couldn't have felt so good about our purchase, If it wasn't for Rick...he listened to four different people opinion, on what we wanted and didn't want and was so patient with us. Good experience so far. Not sure if the deal will go through no fault of theirs if not but hopefully driving out with a newer trailer for my comfort on my travels soon.
