I bought a bunkhouse 25BH from Peterborough location this week .I have seen negative feedbacks here and there. My recommendation is talk to their Manager Brodie. He is such a nice person. Put forward all your expectations and discuss with him your budget. He will definitely help you out. If you are not convinced then move on... Overall I'm very happy with the travel trailer I bought. Purchased a park model from the Peterborough location through Sayed and couldn’t be happier, absolute stunning unit, the service team was very helpful in giving me an amazing demonstration of the unit. The sales guy was very nice and understanding, got me within my budget, this is the 2nd trailer I bought from campmart and can’t recommend them enough.
Peterborough Location. Horrible customer service once they have your money. Do not trust. Bought 2022 model in 2023 at a good discount, had to fight for them to honour their online sale price saying "that sale ended" even after showing manager the add on FB. Finally honoured price. Received trailer with torn seal and leaking slide out. No fittings on any of the plumbing were tight, resulting in leaks throughout the entire trailer.
