RecommendedCampmart Kanata is an outstanding place to buy or service your trailer! We bought ours from them about 2 years ago! Yes we’ve had problems but the service staff have gone out of their way to ensure we were always satisfied! Personally I have no negative comments to make.they have always been vey positive, understanding and professional in all our dealings with them! I would recommend this dealer and have done so many times! The purchase experience was seemless and we got the deal we were looking for!
Went in to buy a trailer advertised at $19,000 ish a couple of weeks ago. The lady showing us the trailer was very nice. But after then it all went down hill. When they gave us the price a $19,000 trailer was now almost $37,000! They were adamant about selling their $7000 warranty which I did not want. I even offered to buy cash instead of financing. I’m really disappointed with this experience, My wife and i wanted to purchase a camper with the sales rep Colleen she was more then helpful at first. We decided on the camper we wanted to purchase, that’s when everything turned into something shady. At first we didn’t realize on the contract they added in 9000$ mandatory warranty. Stay away from CampMart Ottawa at ALL COSTS. Although our experience with sales associate Colleen White was fantastic, our experience with the finalizing associate/General Manager Hamed Hamed, is another story. During the purchase of our RV, my husband and I explicitly stated our disinterest in purchasing an extended warranty. We want everyone to read this review and heed our warnings. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM This store ever!! From the in person moment we have not had a good time dealing with Camp Mart of Ottawa. WORST AFTER MARKET SERVICE EVER!!! We bought a 30ft Couples coach and after some initial issues with one of the recliners, which was eventually solved, we really like it. However their after market service is horrible. We bought the trailer just before Covid and although we had it, it was 2 years before we could actually use it to go camping as all campgrounds were closed. We have been camping with it for the last couple of years and really enjoy it but this last trip we decided we would try the oven for the first time. ... read more

MY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN 43 YEARS. My family of five went to buy a NEW Camping trailer form Camp Mart Ottawa Sat. 13th. Made a deposit of $2500 on C.C.. Staff was hounding me for the rest of the payment on Tuesday! I said (like at the time of purchase) that I'd like to confirm the trailer before making full payment. My salesman (Blake on that same Tuesday) sent me a text assuring me I'm not getting the Demo model I saw Saturday but it will be the exact same.
