I had a fantastic experience with Bill Smith in the service department at Camp Mart Kitchener last week. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist me in locating the specific parts I needed for fixing my trailer. Bill’s great personality made the whole process enjoyable and his expertise was evident. I highly recommend him for anyone needing help with their trailer. I went in to see about trading in my current trailer for something a bit bigger. I’d had a bad experience previously so I was cautious. Annette worked with me, heard me out about that bad experience, and got to work finding me a perfect fit for my wants and needs. She was honest, helpful, patient and genuine. We had a great experience at CampMart! The service staff showed us how everything worked, installed our hitch, backup camera, tire monitor system and a new plug our SUV. We feel we got a great price and service. We are excited for warmer weather now to use our new Trailer.
I had a great experience at CampMart RV in Kitchener! I was looking into a few specific RV models and had quite a few questions. France was incredibly helpful—she took the time to walk me through the features of each model I was interested in and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. Her knowledge and friendly approach made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for France if you visit—she really knows her stuff!
Quick turn around time and friendly service. Bizo was the purchaser who was dealing with me and did a great job walking me through the process. I got exactly what was offered to me in terms of price value with no hidden fees or deductions. Definitely recommend CampMart RV if you are interested in purchasing or selling your vehicle/RV.
