My experience is to run and not look back. We purchased a new travel trailer in August. The urgency for the sale was evident. After the approval it was 2 weeks while they apparently serviced our trailer. Our first outing it was discovered that the hot water heater did not work and the unit ran off the battery the whole time with lights flickering. Trailer would not work when hooked up to shore power. Annette was so helpful finding my wife and I and our dog Cali the perfect trailer. She spent time, didn’t rush us, and showed us many trailers for our needs.
