After my previous experience with CampMart in Ingersoll where I first bought my trailer, I swore I would never deal with CampMart again. Though CampMart in Kitchener was so easy to communicate and deal with. Kurtis was very helpful and answered every question thoroughly. He didn't treat me like a lesser person. He made sure I was fully satisfied with everything before I left.
I just wanted to Take the time to say Bill is one of the kindest Dependable sales rep i have ever had the privilege to meet! I called regarding a trailer issue i had that i had purchased elsewhere and he helped me as if i was his original customer!!! Went above and beyond the call of duty ! BUYERS BEWARE. Attended this location yesterday after receiving an email regarding their sale this weekend. Offering $2000 off Starcraft trailer valued at $19,999. I had $6500 cash in hand. If my math is correct I would pay $11,499 plus HST. When the manager returned with the offer the total price was $24,999 plus HST. They had added a 6 year optional warranty for $6,999 and another $6,500 in PDI and administration fees. Annette was so helpful finding my wife and I and our dog Cali the perfect trailer. She spent time, didn’t rush us, and showed us many trailers for our needs. Annette and the campmart team went above and beyond to make sure that our new Avenir A27bh was exactly what our family needs.
