Was in the market for a new vehicle but not sure what I wanted at all, alot of dealerships can be intimidating and can make you feel a bit uncomfortable with browsing inventory. This was not my experience whatsoever with 401auto/CampMart. Purchased a Used RV and waited with no communication until I reached out to another location myself where our trailer was being serviced. Waited 1.5 months to even see our RV we have already been paying for, no communication from this location after calls, texts and voicemails left. The purchase process was flawless and made us feel confident in our purchase but was not able to set additional money down on it which was very disappointing. Go to another location to purchase. However all the staff is very kind and great.
Amazing service from Julie OHare and Staff. They worked hard making it a smooth purchase. Communication was great. Hats off to Peterborough staff as well for the fast service.My wife is gonna love her 40th Bday present.
The guys here were so patient and so helpful and nice! So great full for all their help in finding the perfect travel camper for our family!! We will definitely be back here when it’s time for our next camper upgrade!
