Disappointed & Fustrated! We bought a trailer from Camp Mart in 2022, and it’s been nothing but problems since. The build quality is shockingly poor—cheap glue holding things together, parts falling apart, and clear signs of bad manufacturing. It’s still under the 3-year warranty, but trying to get any help has been a nightmare. Great customer service, the company wants to make sure the customer is happy. From my first call with Patrick, with a call with Nazir with the help of getting everything financed and taken care of. Thank you. Isa has been texting me since the purchace to make sure everything was satisfactory and expected. In Temagami where we picked our trailer up, Thank you Norton, Gloria, James and Eric, Thank you for getting us going. From the start to finish great service and they were able to manage delivery for our trip the next day.
RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Buying a camper is supposed to be exciting — a step toward adventure and peace of mind. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been the complete opposite. We purchased a brand new trailer from them in August 2024. It was stored until July 2025, when we went to use it for the first time—and immediately had water shooting out the side of the trailer from the hot water heater. We reported the issue to Camp Mart as soon as we arrived and discovered it, but of course, service was closed, and no one could provide help.
