I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Camp Mart in Cambridge was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to share. I purchased an RV trailer from them and was initially excited after getting approved, but everything that followed turned that excitement into regret. RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK. Buying a camper is supposed to be exciting — a step toward adventure and peace of mind. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been the complete opposite. We bought a trailer just a few months ago, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased a brand new trailer from them in August 2024. It was stored until July 2025, when we went to use it for the first time—and immediately had water shooting out the side of the trailer from the hot water heater. We reported the issue to Camp Mart as soon as we arrived and discovered it, but of course, service was closed, and no one could provide help. Kyle at Cambridge will lie straight to your face just to get a sale. He’ll act like your buddy, make you feel like you can trust him, and then vanish the second you sign. This place is full of sneaky sales reps who harass you until you buy, then ignore you when your trailer shows up full of problems. Communication is horrible, the company has lawsuits against them, and there’s even a Facebook group of dozens of screwed-over customers. Don’t fall for it. Run.
