Just attended the “Know your Car” workshop with Christine. Fun presenter who really knows her stuff! I appreciated learning more about maintenance and safety features of my Toyota. The car cleaning tips sheet has lots of good ideas. It was interesting to see the underside of a car on a hoist. I was also glad to hear about the willingness of the staff at this dealership (now owned by the 401 Group of Companies) to answer questions and go over features of my vehicle at any time. I have had nothing but wonderful service from Baywest Toyota! Everyone is friendly and happy to help. I love my Toyota and look forward to many positive experiences with Baywest! I also attended the “Car Lady Canada” Event and I highly recommend it! Christine knows her stuff and shares lots of tips and tricks! Young or old, everyone should go and check out this event when it is offered again! A nice perk to customers and guests, even if it’s not a Toyota!
Tonight I attended a "Know Your Car Night" event at Baywest Toyota. Christine was super entertaining and knowledgeable (after all, she's a mechanic!), had us laughing at her stories, and pretty much everyone learned something new about their vehicles or Baywest itself. I would highly recommend attending at least one of her semi-annual presentations. Come with an empty tummy, Baywest knows how to put on a spread! Thank you Christine and Baywest!
