My experience at Baywest was excellent. Josh (sales) was very personable, knowledgeable and willing to listen. I will recommend him and return for my next Nissan.
Jody was knowledgeable and reached out within minutes of getting Nissan's attention. An appointment was made and everything was well prepared ahead of time to showcase the potential vehicle and answered all questions that was asked. The sale went through without an issue and it's quite enjoyable compared to the old ride that was traded in. While I hope I don't have to buy another car in 10+ years like the last one, I'm hoping she'll still be there when the time comes for a new toy
JODY is amazing! She helped me navigate a horrible experience with another dealership in Toronto at no benefit to her. She strictly wanted to help me get a car without being taken advantage of as a first time buyer.
