I can't speak to the nature of the vehicles purchased from here or serviced here but I can on the conduct of staff. We had a matter of conflict and it was handled with professionalism. Maitland was absolutely the best customer facing person that I have met in a very very long time. I had contacted Baywest Mitsubishi as my Dodge Caravan had broken down, never to be driven again. Maitland got back to me and was able to set us up to test an RVR and to use it to to drive to Owen Sound from Red Bay where we bought a brand new RVR right on the spot.
