I absolutely love Jeff he’s been VERY helpful every time I’ve gone in whether it be for service or questions Because I’m a YouTube mechanic. Shawn the VP was very friendly and answered my questions plus some. Mait was awesome and was able to answer all my questions. Reached out on their website and was able to complete all the documents online for the purchase of my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. They were able to have it ready within a few days for pickup as I was travelling from over 4 hours away to pick it up. Pick up went very smoothly and I’m very happy with my new vehicle purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them again in the future.
They completely take advantage of young people trying to buy their first vehicle. They had told me that I had gotten approved financially for financing a vehicle and within six days they told me I had to come in to finish paperwork when really they were taking the car back because financing fell through due to their negligence, I was told that I had to pay an early termination fee from the insurance company. I will not be doing business there again and they have lost my respect completely.
I can't speak to the nature of the vehicles purchased from here or serviced here but I can on the conduct of staff. We had a matter of conflict and it was handled with professionalism. Mitland, the general manager, is commendable. As a legal professional, I can attest to his conduct and certainly see why he has earned the new promotion as the GM. Thanks!
Baywest Mitsubishi saved my car. Last year I came storming in trying to find anyone who could look at my Kia. (which felt like it was about to explode!) One of the mechanics came to the rescue. Diagnosing, ordering parts AND fixing it all within the end of the work day! Had I not gone there and got that help, my engine would have blown. Thank you Baywest Mitsubishi!
