Buying a vehicle from Raj at 401 Auto on the a Kingsway in Sudbury was a great experience. He was imformative, thoughtful and provided an easy comfort to my buying a 2021 Honda Civic sedan. The car was immaculate, fair price and only 80,000kms. I brought it to my own mechanic this week to put on my winter tires and he checked the car underneath and the brakes and said that I bought a really decent car. Thanks again Raj for the great service.

EDIT, AUG 29TH 2025: a little over a week after my receiving the car; i figured out wheel alignment was not done prior to receiving it (it had to be safetied since they licensed the car for me.) i drove to and from work and it was alright but when i did a road trip from northern ontario to toronto and back and the front tires were absolutely finished. costed me $1k for news tires and wheel alignment. no reply from raj when i contacted him. i texted and called, left a voicemail, just dead silence. i guess they don’t care for... read more
