I've bought a truck from this dealership almost a year ago. I had a couple problems with it . I contacted the manager of the dealership .he never returned my phone calls or texts
terrible experience with 401 auto would NEVER again buy a vehicle from them. So quick to sell you a vehicle and super friendly until you've signed that contract, but then ghost you if theres any problems with it. Constantly give you the run a round, telling you things you want to hear but in reality it's all lies. They stall, pass you around to numerous staff, you can speak to 30 people and they all say the same bullshit excuses instead of fixing the issues. Bought a 2019 Kia Sedona off them. It took 2 weeks to get the vehicle. I couldn’t even get pictures of the vehicle as apparently the shop was always closed when the sales person got there once dropped off was not informed there was a giant scratch on the bumper, the roof is covered in black stuff there garbage and stains all inside and the sound on the touch screen as well as speakers don’t work so you can’t listen to the radio or have any sound off your phone when paired. Did whatever they could to bybass the safety. Took them all day to pick the car up to fix. Still haven’t seen it in 3 months with no communication. Literally had duck tape to hold things up and when talked to the sales rep he was useless. Have lots of videos and pictures of the conversation with them. Took this all to Sean O’Shea. It February and they have failed to even tell us if the car is fixed or not. This issue all happened in November
Very unprofessional, the kid, Zan, couldn’t even sit still while trying to do our paperwork, seemed like he was on something! He didn’t fill it out correctly, didn’t get back to us, we had to chase him down, and in the end went somewhere else. Had no issues at any other places we’ve been to like these guys here!
