My car was having some major problems so I took it to 401 Auto in Kitchener and I had an awesome experience! I dealt with Andre and Chris, and they were both super friendly! The service was professional and efficient. I appreciated that they explained everything to me so that I understood what was wrong and they assured me when I had concerns. Had our trailer in today to be winterized and looked at a few minor issues. We just bought our trailer this past summer. As soon as I walked in I was met by a young man named Kurtis. 5 Star Service!!!!!! Last Friday I had a serious issue with my vehicle . It was not safe to drive and as a single mom I rely on this car. I needed help ASAP. I contacted Steve Kruzic who I have dealt with in the past. He got right on top of the situation and contacted his employer Jim Rose. My car was fixed the same day! Andre Snobel ensured that all issues were resolved. Everyone was professional and accommodating. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much 401 Auto.
401 auto are amazing group of people. I was walking in asking for details about a new car. Now I was expecting to be told to walk out the door. But after a few days Nas really helped me out.
