My experience was great. So far anyway. Kamaljeet Singh really did his best to make the deal work for me. As far as used car salesmen go, this guy is top notch! If you’re looking for a newer low mileage car, Kamaljeet will truly do whatever he can to get you into one with affordable payments. Truly an above and beyond guy!
I am beyond frustrated with 401 Auto. The car I purchased in the summer had some sort of electrical issue. Called 401 and they said it was covered under the warranty, but I’d have to get it towed to their mechanic in Kitchener. $350 tow later, I’m told the part is not covered and is $600. That was December 10th 2024. It’s now January 3 2025 and I am still without a car. For weeks we were calling and no one was answering.
